Shipping Information

Standard Shipping

Total delivery time for customers in the United States, including processing and carrier transit time, is 5-15 business days (excluding holidays, weekends). Shipping is free within the United States. Shipments are sent via USPS with no signature required; on request from customer, a different delivery service can be used for an additional fee.

Below are the shipping and handling charges for Canada addresses.

International Shipping

For all international orders please contact Steve Klein at sklein@snmmi.org or call 703-326-1191. Total delivery time for international orders, including processing and carrier transit time is approximately 15-25 business days (excluding holidays).  

Expedited Shipping (U.S. Only)

Expedited shipping is available through UPS for customers in the United States for an additional fee based on the order size and shipping speed. Please contact Steve Klein at sklein@snmmi.org or call 703-326-1191 to request an order with expedited shipping.  

SNMMI Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date, and we will issue a refund via your original form of payment. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please ship your return items to the following address with a copy of the original receipt included. We are not responsible for lost return/exchange packages.

Refunds

Refunds/exchanges may be made for the merchandise value of the returned goods received. No refund/credit will be given for shipping costs or duties and taxes. Please allow two to three weeks for us to process your return. Allow up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Problem with Order

Please contact Steve Klein at sklein@snmmi.org or 703-326-1191 if you do not receive your product, if you receive the wrong product, or if your product is damaged or defective. All claims MUST be initiated by the original purchaser no more than 30 days from the delivery date.
