Shipping Information

Standard Shipping (United States)

Total delivery time for customers in the United States, including processing and carrier transit time, is 3-10 business days (excluding holidays). Packages are sent with no signature required, unless requested otherwise by the customer. Below are the shipping and handling charges for United States addresses.  For all international orders please contact Steve Klein at sklein@snmmi.org or call 703-326-1191. Please note: Orders placed after 1:00 pm ET will be processed the following business day.

Expedited Shipping (U.S. Only)

Expedited shipping is available through UPS for customers in the United States for an additional fee based on the order size and shipping speed. Please contact Steve Klein at sklein@snmmi.org or call 703-326-1191 to request an order with express shipping.  

International Shipping

For all international orders please contact Steve Klein at sklein@snmmi.org or call 703-326-1191. Total delivery time for international orders, including processing and carrier transit time is approximately 15-25 business days (excluding holidays).  

SNMMI Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date and we will issue a refund via your original form of payment. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please ship your return items to the following address with a copy of the original receipt included. We are not responsible for lost return/exchange packages.

Refunds

Please note that refunds/exchanges will only be made for the merchandise value of the returned goods received. No refund/credit will be given for shipping costs or duties and taxes. Please allow two to three weeks for us to process your return. Allow up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item(s) Shipped

Please contact Steve Klein at 703-326-1191 if you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). SNMMI requests that these items be returned to SNMMI and a replacement will be sent.
