Several new radiopharmaceuticals are now being used to stage and identify local and metastatic prostate cancer, including the recently approved Ga-68 PSMA-11 and 18F-DCFPyL. In addition, the FDA in March approved Lu 177 vipivotide tetraxetan to treat PSMA-positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. Given these new advancements in diagnosis and treatment, how does one navigate the changing landscape to provide the best outcomes for the patient?
