NMTCB CT Exam Eligibility Requirements (Didactic)
The completion of a minimum of thirty-five (35) contact hours within the three years prior to application including a minimum of four (4) hours of each of the following categories: Contrast administration, Cross-sectional anatomy, X-ray physics, and CT radiation safety.
The remainder of these hours must be in CT related topics.
NMTCB Radiation Safety Eligibility Requirements (Didactic)
There are no specific didactic requirements to sit for the NMTCB Radiation Safety Exam
NMTCB PET Eligibility Requirements (Didactic)
Satisfactory completion of a minimum of seventy (70) contact hours of coursework in each of the following areas: radiopharmacy , nuclear medicine instrumentation and radiation safety, and PET procedures. Only coursework from an accredited college or university, accredited nuclear medicine program or approved continuing education credits recognized by NMTCB, such as VOICE/ECE, will be accepted.

NMTCB NCT Eligibility Requirements (Didactic)
There are no specific didactic requirements to sit for the NMTCB Radiation Safety Exam
Review the ARRT CT Eligibility Requirements
Candidates for computed tomography certification and registration must document at least 16 hours of structured education. The activities must be earned within the 24-month period immediately prior to submission of an application for certification and registration. Structured education activities may be academic courses from an institution accredited by a mechanism recognized by the ARRT, CE opportunities approved by a RCEEM and RCEEM+, or a combination of the two.
Structured education documentation must include at least one CE credit or its equivalent in each content category listed (i.e. patient care, safety, image production, and procedures). The remaining hours may be earned from any one or more of the content areas. Specific topics within each category are addressed in the content outline, which makes up the remaining pages of the document linked above.
