In 2009, the SNMMI-TS and NMTCB announced "VOICE credit sharing." The VOICE credit sharing service provides credit reporting for technologists by sending credit data directly to NMTCB. This process will ensure that credits are reported on time and accurately for all interested SNMMI-TS members who have participated in VOICE activities. In order to be enrolled in this benefit, you, as the SNMMI-TS member, will need to provide the SNMMI-TS with your NMTCB certificate number and SNMMI-TS membership number as well as your permission to share your credits. The SNMMI-TS will provide the NMTCB with monthly reports that include the identifying information on the form for each participating member.

Both SNMMI-TS and NMTCB are very excited about this benefit that will decrease the time spent by our members gathering their credit data and sending to various organizations. We are encouraged by the joint effort made by the SNMMI-TS and NMTCB and are working with other organizations to create a similar process. It is our ardent goal, to make the VOICE credit sharing process as easy and beneficial as possible.

Attention New Certificants: It may take up to three months before your name and certification number will appear in the SNMMI online database.

The synchronization will only work if you are an active NMTCB Certificant. If you need to update your information with NMTCB, re-activate your account with them, or do not know your NMTCB ID:

Go to www.nmtcb.org and log in to the Certificant Directory. It's available through the "Certificant" link on the left menu bar of the homepage. You should be able to login there and verify the information they have on file for you.
Or you can contact the NMTCB by phone at (404) 315-1739 and they can tell you your certificate number.
