Committee Charges

Oversee the operations of and provide guidance to the two subcommittees reporting directly to the committee - Subcommittee on Investments and Subcommittee on Audit.

Oversee financial affairs, assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses and budgets of the SNMMI and make recommendations regarding financial policy and strategy to the Board of Directors (Board).

The yearly report to the Board should include the auditors’ report.

Work with the Board to review current programs and establish appropriate prioritization.

Make recommendations to the Board regarding policies or practices needed to comply with regulatory changes.

Review and approve the following fiscal year’s budget and present it to the Board for approval.
