Breast Cancer Imaging Outreach Working Group
Working Group Charges
The Breast Cancer Imaging Outreach Working Group will focus on increasing awareness among patients and referring clinicians about imaging procedures for breast cancer such as FDG PET, estrogen receptor imaging (FES PET), molecular breast imaging (MBI), and sentinel lymph node mapping, and their appropriate uses; providing updated patient materials for the website and patient education events; and educating legislators, regulatory officials, and funding bodies.
