Registration Cancellation/Change Policy
Registration fees, less a $75 processing fee, can be refunded only if a written cancellation request is received prior to midnight ET, Thursday, January 31, 2013. Only cancellations made by mail, email or fax, and received before midnight January 31, 2013, will be honored. However, you may substitute one registrant for another at any time with proper documentation/approval from the original registrant.
All refunds will be processed within four weeks after the meeting. AACR and SNMMI are not liable for cancellation fees charged by hotels, airlines or other means of transportation and/or travel. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
