Bookstore Order Policies
Shipping Information & Rates
SNMMI ships to bookstores in the United States via UPS Ground shipping. SNMMI does not ship to PO Box addresses. Total delivery time, including processing and carrier transit time, for customers in the United States is 3-10 business days (excluding holidays). Packages are sent with no signature required, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Below are the shipping and handling charges for orders shipped to the United States.

Expedited Shipping (U.S. Only)
Express shipping is available through UPS for customers in the United States for an additional fee based on the order size and shipping speed. Please contact Steve Klein at 703-326-1191 or email sklein@snmmi.org to request an order with express shipping.
Third Party Billing (U.S. Only)
Third Party billing is only available for customers that have UPS accounts. The UPS Collect Account number must be given at the time the order is placed. Handling charges apply.
International Shipping

Bookstore Discounts
SNMMI offers the following discounts to bookstores based on the order quantity.

| 10-19 Books | 15% Discount |
| 20 or More Books | 20% Discount |
Bookstore Return Policy
All returns must be approved in advance. Please fax your request for a return authorization to (703) 708-9018. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation of the request with the refund amount. All returns received within the below specified time line are subject to the following restocking fee:
- Returned in (30 days) - 10%
- Returned in (45 days) - 20%
- Returned in (60 days) - 25%
Returns are not accepted after 60 days from the order date. If a bookstore or wholesaler discount was applied to the original order, the amount of the discount will be deducted from the authorized return.
SNMMI will not accept returns on damaged items; these include books that are bent, torn, marked, or have inventory/pricing stickers still on them. If the returned items are not in the complete original condition (e.g., Pricing stickers still on the books), SNMMI reserves the right to apply an additional 20% damage fee, or to not accept the return.
SNMMI does not refund any original shipping costs. All return shipping expenses are at the shipper’s expense. If SNMMI deems the returned books to be damaged, SNMMI will not pay to ship the items back to the purchaser. SNMMI does not allow for credit to be taken from future orders. All authorized returns are refunded by the same method of payment within 2-4 weeks after the return is received.
