CME Accreditation - AMA PRA Credits

ACCME

The Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

SNMMI designates this live program for a maximum of 21.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. To receive CE credit, learners must complete the online evaluation
available after the program.

Mentored CT Case Review Documentation

As well as obtaining CME credits, physician attendees will be offered documentation that shows they participated in mentored cases for the number of cases actually completed during the workshop.

Self-Assessment Module (SAM) Credits

In addition to CME credits, physician attendees will have the opportunity to earn SAM credits. Physicians must attend the entire session and complete the post-activity online assessment to earn SAM credits. Final list of approved sessions will be available at the Education Desk.

VOICE Credit Statement

The Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Technologist Section (SNMMI-TS), through its Verification of Involvement in Continuing Education (VOICE) program, has approved the 2018 SNMMI Mid-Winter Meeting and ACNM Annual Meeting for a maximum of 21.5 continuing education hours (CEHs). VOICE-approved credit is recognized by most licensure states and by the NMTCB and ARRT (as Category A and A+ credit). In order to receive CE credit, technologists must be present a minimum of 80% of a session and must complete the online evaluation available after the program. Please check the Registration Desk for a list of CA Scopes and Category A+ sessions.

Pharmacy Accreditation Statement

The Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.

Nuclear Physicists and Scientists: CAMPEP Credit

The SNMMI is applying for approval to grant Medical Physics Continuing Education Credit (MPCEC) through the Commission on the Accreditation of Medical Physics Programs (CAMPEP) in this educational activity.
