How do I request a speaker at our institution or meeting?

Contact SNMMI with the date that you would like to hold the course. Let us know the topic, length or course schedule, and target audience. We will coordinate and confirm requested topics and date with the speaker.

Who pays for the speaker’s travel expenses and honoraria?

We do! The Outreach Program funds the speaker honoraria, as well as the speaker’s travel expenses—including transportation, hotel, and parking.

Who is responsible for locating a facility to hold the meeting?

The host organization is responsible for the planning, organization and expenses of the meeting facility, including the room, food and beverage, audiovisual equipment, staff, etc. Also, marketing to promote the meeting is the responsibility of the host organization.
